He said that the patient was a 53-year-old man with diabetes who worked as a construction worker. He started to have sores on his right hand on April 24, 2025, and was admitted to the hospital on April 27, 2025, with symptoms of a sore on his hand that became more clearly black, enlarged lymph nodes under his right armpit, and he had dizziness and convulsions before later dying.
